Success Stories
Over the years we have helped raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for various causes. Some of our proudest accomplishments include:
- £235,000 raised towards the purchase of an old Mill for a Scout group based in North Norfolk.
- £220,000 secured through a variety of grants for the general running costs of a homeless outreach charity based in Manchester. A one off grant of £26,000 was specifically raised towards the purchase and conversion of a van based soup kitchen for the
charity.
- £25,000 secured for a local charity towards Young Carers Support Groups in Norwich.
- £50,000 raised towards the costs of building a new kitchen extension for a community based drug and alcohol project in Leeds.
- £220,000 secured for the general running costs of a women's refuge based in Norwich. Part of this was a three year grant of £50,000 per annum from The Nationwide Foundation which was 1 of only 6 grants available for this type of work in the UK.
- Three year funding totalling £90,000 was raised from a specific grant making trust towards the salary costs of an Assistant Project Manager for a charity that offers positive opportunities to women involved in, exploited through or exiting prostitution in South London.
- £28,000 raised towards the set up and running costs of a mobile unit for a community project in Sheringham.
- Three year funding totalling £91,000 towards the salary costs of a Flat Organiser and Flat Worker for a charity, based in Norwich, that provides recreational, educational, social and vocational opportunities for children and young adults with special needs.
